We are honored to invite you to two days of connection alongside other pastors, where we will enjoy moments of relaxation and fun, as well as valuable opportunities to deepen our understanding of the ASSIMILATION system within the exclusive ALMAS setting.

During this time, we will thoroughly explore the church Assimilation System, including the structure of the teams involved, how they operate, and the available resources (protocols, job descriptions, and video materials).

We are confident that these days will be especially valuable, and we strongly encourage each pastoral couple to be accompanied by either an apprentice or the leader responsible for the assimilation system in their church.
