We want to see equipped pastors, transformed leaders, and revitalized churches in Romania and Europe. Through coaching, mentoring, and strategic support, we help leaders grow and have a significant impact in their communities.

ALMAS MISION
Let’s raise a generation of healthy leaders and strong churches.
We do this through three essential directions:
EQUIPPING AND MENTORING
We offer individual, executive, and group coaching for pastors and pastoral families. The ALMAS Boot Camp for Pastors and Leadership Teams dives deep over three days into the eight systems of a healthy church. Participants leave equipped with a comprehensive set of knowledge that they can implement individually or together with a dedicated ALMAS coach. They receive step-by-step support and personalized training both for themselves and for the development of their teams and churches.

REVITALIZATION AND STRATEGY
We support struggling churches through Rescue Churches and solutions for healthy growth. Being a pastor can be challenging, and from personal experience, we know how hard it can be. We have witnessed too many churches closing and pastors giving up their calling over the years. That is why we founded Almas Training, a movement dedicated to supporting pastors to ensure that every community has a thriving church. At Almas Training, we are more than just a program — we are a community of pastors who train and support each other with the goal of saving struggling churches.

RESOURCES, REST, AND COMMUNITY
Creăm un cadru în care pastorii pot învăța, colabora și accesa materiale practice pentru o slujire eficientă, incluzând și experiența ALMAS Replenish – un timp dedicat refacerii spirituale, revitalizării viziunii și reconectării cu chemarea lor.
Prin aceste inițiative, dorim să rupem spiritul de orfan și să aducem eliberarea spiritului de adopție peste România și Europa.We create a space where pastors can learn, collaborate, and access practical materials for effective ministry, including the ALMAS Replenish experience — a time dedicated to spiritual restoration, revitalizing vision, and reconnecting with their calling.
Through these initiatives, we aim to break the orphan spirit and bring the freedom of the spirit of adoption over Romania and Europe.

Our pastors, Marin and Atena Bloj, received a prophetic word from God through Cindy Jacobs in 2017. Since then, God has been building step by step what is now Almas Training.
Almas’s mission is to help equip church leaders and pastors with useful and relevant resources that can be applied immediately.
In September 2022, Pastors Marin and Atena Bloj began mentoring pastors who participated in the Almas Conference and Workshop, with the desire to better support every pastor and leader who wants to grow personally in leadership, so their churches can reach more people and have a greater impact.
Almas Training aims to offer resources to churches in Romania and beyond, free of charge.

FOUNDER OF ALMAS TRAINING
The New Generation Christian Church was born as a vision in the heart of Pastor Marin Bloj while he was working as an evangelist, preaching the Gospel to the young generation of Romania in the year 2000.
In 2001, Marin Bloj founded the New Generation Christian Church, which now has approximately 350 attendees across 4 campuses in 2 counties in Romania. Pastor Marin Bloj has a deep passion for saving this generation for Christ, as well as for developing leaders and planting life-giving churches.
Together with his wife, Atena Bloj, they have two daughters, Sofia and Alanis, who are passionate servants for Jesus and for leading the youth of their generation closer to Him.

FOuNDer of ALMAS TRAINING
Pastor Atena Bloj is the founder of the women’s conference STRĂLUCEȘTE and co-hosts the ALMAS Exponential Conference together with Pastor Marin Bloj.
They have been pastoring the New Generation Christian Church in Târgu Mureș for 24 years! Through the teachings and calling God has given her, Pastor Atena has managed to share God’s love with hundreds of women through TV shows, motivational messages, videos, various media productions, and live conferences.
