ALMAS TRAINING is dedicated to sharing ideas, tools, and resources that will support leadership development, contribute to emotional health, leadership growth, church expansion, and much more. We are at God’s disposal to fulfill what He has called us to do: to break the power of the orphan spirit and release the power of the spirit of adoption over Romania.

The Meaning of ALMAS

ADOPTION – Identity in Christ
This process involves lovingly receiving and accepting a person into a spiritual community or family, and freeing them from feelings of isolation or rejection.

FREEDOM – The Orphan Spirit
This expression refers to guiding or directing someone toward a spiritual purpose or mission, helping them discover and walk in their life calling.

MENTORING in Destiny – Resources for Pastors and Leaders
This refers to guiding and supporting someone in implementing systems, realizing their potential, and fulfilling their spiritual purpose and destiny.

TRAINING – Equipping in Spiritual Gifts
This involves the development and cultivation of a person’s spiritual gifts or abilities through instruction and consistent practice.

MINISTRY with Authority and Power
This refers to carrying out spiritual ministry or work with confidence and influence, based on the authority and power we have through faith.
