I want to share some recent statistics from the Fuller Institute that really made me think:

• 80% of pastors believe pastoral ministry has negatively impacted their family

• 75% report significant stress-related crises at least once in their career

• 72% of pastors work between 55 and 75 hours per week

• 52% feel overwhelmed and unable to meet the unrealistic expectations of the church

• 41% feel they are not adequately prepared to delegate and train their team

• 23% admit to becoming emotionally distant from their family

The reality is that pastoral ministry is harder than ever! That’s why we’re on a mission to connect pastors with coaching, community, and support through ALMAS Coaching Groups to help them grow.
