2. GROUP SYSTEM THROUGH
FREEDFOM COURSE
Prepare your church to connect people through the group system. The best way to implement this system is by launching the Libertatea Course.
What is Libertatea?
On bcng.ro, you can find a detailed presentation of the Libertatea groups, the Libertatea Conference, and the Libertatea Curriculum, so you can also explain it to the leaders in your pastoral team. Additionally, I am sending you two attached documents: one with a general overview of the Libertatea curriculum and one checklist.
When does Libertatea start?
Thursday, February 29, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, and it will take place every Thursday at the same time for 13 weeks on the Zoom platform.
Where will the Libertatea Conference take place?
The Libertatea Conference will be held in Târgu Mureș on May 24-25, 2024. You can register here (registration form and more details, including in the form so we know how many Libertatea books are needed).
3. OVERCOME
200 membERS BARRIER
Get yourself and your church ready to overcome the 200-member barrier.
What does it involve?
It includes 7 online meetings (via Zoom) for:
the pastor + spouse (preferably)
your church leadership team
AND A LOT OF HARD WORK.
Each meeting will include a message of up to 30 minutes plus specific worksheets to prepare you as a pastor and your team to attract and retain more visitors at your church gatherings.
How long does it last?
Each meeting lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes.
When do we start?
The first lesson was presented during the conference, so we can start right away.
Fill out the personal evaluation form (ask for it if you don’t have it) plus the teamwork form with your team. Then, we’ll schedule the next meeting together.
Each meeting will build upon the plan you and your team will begin working on together.

We also recommend registering pastoral couples.
*Pastors who have smaller teams of fewer than 8 people or who do not yet have a formed team can also register.
