We offer mentoring for pastors, leaders, and their teams, tailored to your needs, either in person or via Zoom.

Besides being the pastors of the New Generation Christian Church, pastors Marin and Atena Bloj are also the founders of ALMAS TRAINING, whose purpose is to equip pastors, leaders, and churches to promote growth and the salvation of as many souls as possible for Jesus.

We warmly invite you to join us and other like-minded leaders for a monthly mentoring meeting, where we dig deeper into topics such as leadership, business, finances, mental health, discouragement and burnout, as well as personal subjects… nothing is off-limits.

Când pastorul crește, biserica crește!

Credem că atunci când pastorul crește, biserica crește, așa că misiunea noastră este să ajutăm pastorii să crească!

Grupurile de coaching există pentru a asigura pastorilor coaching-ul, resursele și suportul de care au nevoie ca să ducă conducerea lor la următorul nivel.

Poți începe prin a face plata lunar (220 ron în următoarele 10 luni) sau integral (2200 ron).

După ce ai făcut acest pas, în următoarele zile, poți verifica adresa ta de email pentru mai multe informații despre cum vei începe grupul de coaching!
